With weekly, private, 30 minute video or phone calls where you can learn to implement Trim Healthy into your life. Ask Isabel questions that come up as you learn throughout the week through email or messaging. Isabel can evaluate your meals (photos or lists of ingredients), if you'd like, so you can be sure you are understanding the plan.
